LM People Solutions is led by Scott Collins who has over 25 years’ experience in Human Resource Compliance and Industrial Relations in small and large companies over a broad range of industries.
Scott has provided consulting services to a variety of industries including Automotive, Manufacturing, Trades, Primary Production, Not for Profit sector, Mining & Energy, Hospitality and Tourism, Health and Fitness, Building and Construction and Retail.

Jodie Rebers, Senior HR Business Partner
Jodie Rebers is a seasoned HR professional with experience across several industries including professional services, engineering, FMCG, manufacturing, and hospitality. Her expertise spans the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, performance management and succession planning.
Jodie has successfully directed HR and payroll activities, conducted payroll audits, coordinated performance reviews, and managed end to end recruitment including large-scale recruitment programs.
Having spent her early career supporting senior legal executives, she is skilled in Modern Award interpretation and the creation of robust policies and procedures. With a strong background in HR compliance, she supports clients in providing day to day HR advice, coaching, and solutions to foster inclusive, diverse, and high-performing teams.
Jodie holds a Bachelor of Management (Human Resource Management) from the University of South Australia and is a certified practitioner with the Australian Human Resources Industry (AHRI).

Erin Button, HR Advisor
Erin Button is an experienced HR Advisor with a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) and is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).
Erin’s expertise include Modern Award interpretation, pay rate and allowance confirmation, and the preparation of employment agreements. She also oversees end-to-end recruitment, and offers practical guidance on performance and people management, including matters related to employee termination and redundancy.
Working closely with clients across a diverse range of industries, Erin is passionate about helping businesses establish and implement effective HR processes, policies and procedures to ensure compliance, workplace health and safety and psychological wellbeing.
